Clerks ofen have horrific handwritings. Meanwhile these forms are filled very carefully in almost all instances. It is almost they were giving snacks to ones that fills the best looking form. There is also same form for same date written with a typewriter. Also date of this form initially written wrongly which further greatly decreases possibility of this one begin written by a clerk.)
